How we market to consumers
We acquire consumer interest through O&O traffic acquisition channels and properties, supported by a vetted network of owned and partner traffic sources such as affiliates and publishers. These channels give people who have been in motor vehicle accidents a way to ask to be contacted about their claim. Our advertising and properties are marketing. They are not legal advice, and they are not published by a law firm unless a page clearly states otherwise.
How we are paid
Case Growth Pro is compensated by the law firms, legal service providers and lead buyers that receive information from consumers who submit our forms. We may be paid per lead, per qualified lead, per transfer that meets an agreed call duration, or per signed retainer, depending on our agreement with each buyer. Consumers do not pay us anything.
Because we are paid by participating firms and buyers, our marketing is not a neutral comparison of all available attorneys. Consumers are free to choose any attorney and are never obligated to hire a firm they are connected with.
Lead buyers and onward routing
Some of our buyers are lead generation companies or intake call centers that work with their own network of law firms. In those cases, the buyer, not Case Growth Pro, decides which firm receives the consumer's information, subject to the consent the consumer gave.
Results vary
Every claim is different. Nothing in our advertising guarantees that a consumer has a valid claim, will be represented, or will receive any compensation. For businesses, results depend on market, criteria and intake process, and we do not guarantee any specific number of signed cases or return. See our Disclaimer.
