TCPA and Consent Disclosure
This disclosure explains how we obtain and document consent to contact consumers, and how consumers can withdraw it.
Last updated: November 3, 2026
Express written consent
Before a consumer can submit a form on one of our properties or a partner property, they must agree to clear consent language displayed next to the submit button. By submitting, the consumer gives express written consent to be contacted about their motor vehicle accident inquiry by Case Growth Pro and by the law firm or legal service provider their information is shared with, by phone call or text message, at the number they provided, including a mobile number.
The consent language also states that:
- Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services
- Message and data rates may apply
- The consumer can opt out at any time
- The consumer agrees to our Terms and Privacy Policy
TrustedForm certification
We use TrustedForm, an independent third party service, to certify each submission. A TrustedForm certificate records the consumer's session on the form, including the consent language displayed and the time of submission. The certificate is provided to the buyer who receives the lead.
Litigator and Do Not Call scrubbing
Every phone number is scrubbed through The Blacklist Alliance before a lead is delivered. The scrub checks against known TCPA litigators and the federal Do Not Call registry. Scrubbing supplements consent; it does not replace it.
How we contact consumers
- We do not use prerecorded or automated messaging.
- Caller ID is managed dynamically and kept accurate.
- We contact consumers only about the inquiry they submitted.
- Consumers are told who they will hear from, so contact from the buyer is expected.
How to opt out
Consumers may revoke consent at any time, by any reasonable method, including:
- Telling us during any call that you no longer wish to be contacted
- Replying STOP to any text message from us
- Submitting an "Opt out of calls and texts" request through our privacy request form
We honor opt out requests within the time required by law, add the number to our internal Do Not Call list, and notify the buyer who received the lead where applicable. If you were contacted by a law firm we connected you with, you may also ask that firm directly to stop contacting you.
Buyers
Buyers who receive our leads agree to contact consumers only about the inquiry they submitted, honor opt out requests and follow applicable telemarketing laws. Learn more on our compliance page.
