Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Case Growth Pro collects, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.
Last updated: November 3, 2026
1. Who we are
Case Growth Pro ("Case Growth Pro," "we," "us" or "our") is a marketing and lead generation company and a Virtual Growth Pro company. We operate this website (casegrowthpro.com) and O&O traffic acquisition channels and properties where people injured in motor vehicle accidents can ask to be contacted about their claim. We also receive consumer requests through a vetted network of partner traffic sources. We deliver that information to participating law firms and legal service providers ("Buyers"). We are not a law firm.
2. Scope
This policy applies to personal information we collect:
- From consumers who submit information on our properties or partner properties, or communicate with our team ("Consumers")
- From business visitors and prospective customers who use this website or contact us ("Business Contacts")
- Automatically when anyone visits our websites
3. Information we collect
From Consumers
- Identifiers and contact details: name, phone number, email address, state and ZIP code.
- Accident information: accident date, type and description, whether a police report was filed, and fault information you share.
- Injury and treatment information: whether you were injured, the general nature of the injury and whether you received treatment. Some laws treat health information as sensitive personal information.
- Insurance and representation status: whether you or the other driver were insured and whether you already have an attorney.
- Consent and verification records: the consent you gave, the date and time, and a TrustedForm certificate that records your session on the form.
- Communication information: information from communications with our team, including call details handled through our call tracking and reporting systems.
From Business Contacts
- Name, company, work email, phone number, website and the details you include in our inquiry or contact forms.
- Marketing attribution data such as UTM parameters, referring page and landing page.
Collected automatically
- Device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, and interactions with our pages.
- Cookies and similar technologies, described in our Cookie Policy.
4. How we use information
- To respond to your request and contact you about your accident claim (Consumers)
- To verify and qualify submissions against Buyer criteria
- To deliver Consumer information to the Buyer you are matched with, by live transfer or data delivery
- To respond to business inquiries and provide our services (Business Contacts)
- To maintain consent records, scrub against litigator and Do Not Call lists, and meet legal obligations
- To operate, secure, analyze and improve our websites and campaigns
- To prevent fraud, spam and abuse
5. How we share information
With Buyers. When you submit a request on one of our properties or a partner property and give consent, we share your information with a participating law firm or legal service provider so they can contact you about your claim. Our leads are exclusive, which means your information is delivered to one Buyer. Under some state laws, this sharing may be considered a "sale" of personal information. See Your privacy rights.
With service providers who help us operate, under contracts that limit their use of the information, including:
- Consent certification (TrustedForm)
- Litigator and Do Not Call list scrubbing (The Blacklist Alliance)
- Call tracking, telephony and reporting platforms
- Website hosting, analytics, email delivery and database providers
For legal reasons. We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
We do not share Business Contact information with Buyers.
6. Sensitive personal information
Injury and treatment information may be sensitive personal information under some state laws. We use it only to qualify your request and connect you with a Buyer you asked to hear from, and for related legal and compliance purposes. Where required, we obtain your consent before processing it.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and access a copy
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete personal information, subject to exceptions
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and of targeted advertising
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
- Appeal our decision on your request, where state law provides that right
To make a request, use our privacy request form. We will verify your request using the information you provide and respond within the timeframe required by law. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.
Global Privacy Control. Where required by law, we treat a Global Privacy Control browser signal as a request to opt out of sale or sharing for that browser.
8. Calls, texts and opting out
You can withdraw consent to calls or texts at any time by telling us you no longer wish to be contacted, replying STOP to a text message, or using our privacy request form. See our TCPA and Consent Disclosure for details.
9. Retention
We keep personal information as long as needed for the purposes above, including to maintain consent and compliance records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations, and then delete or de-identify it.
10. Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted connections and restricted access to stored records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
11. Children
Our websites are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
12. Third party links
Our websites may link to sites we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
